Brave Free Clinic

Free Medical Care Access for Babies and Kids with Down Syndrome

In partnership with Nurses with a Purpose, we're happy to bring free clinic days to our community in Centurion. We will be piloting our first trial run in January 2026 and hope to do many more days like these.

If you are in Gauteng and want your child to take part in our first ever free clinic day, you can fill in the below form.

Please note that only children with Down syndrome and their families qualify, and we can only accommodate a limited number of children and parents for our first clinic day.

Please be understanding, and we hope this really blesses each family who can partake.
